If you want to return a candle for any reason, we will accept it and provide a full refund within 10 days of delivery, but only if its unused and in the same condition you received it in.
You will bear all costs of sending the candle back and your money will be refunded in to an easypaisa or bank account.
Exchange Policy
You can also exchange a candle for any reason within 10 days as long as the same requirements are met. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
